How does it work?
Once you’ve contracted with us, we’ll start the training and have you on the system within 3 weeks <assuming you’ve no contracting issues or need releases>. You’ll start off calling aged leads for the first week while we work with and evaluate you – assuming you’re a professional sales person, you’ll get EXCLUSIVE leads and appointments immediately!
What about the technology?
You must be capable of using and working with basic technology like a CRM/Dialer system and computer or this will not work. Multitasking skills are MANDATORY. We’ll give you the one on one training and teach you how to use all aspects of the system however, using a system like this must come easy for you.
What is the cost?
There are No Costs to the agent through UFES. You will need to have your own E&O Insurance and 3 non res licenses <to be chosen from a list we send you after contracting>.
How are the appointments and leads generated?
The prospect sees an ad online about the need for Affordable Funeral Insurance and or Affordable Burial Life Insurance. They fill out the lead form – then are directed to set an appointment on the agents calendar. You will be responsible for calling the leads and appointments 8+hours daily.
What about training?
First, you’ll go through our MANDATORY 5 day training course that covers every aspect of remote final expense sales, straight line selling, and our proprietary sales presentation reviews – with feedback. You’ll also get access to our training module library covering specific sales scenarios and how to use our sales technology/system.
What are the commissions?
For the Main LEVEL products, Commission is 50% FYC.
